About the Role

CV Screen is recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially focused Digital Marketing Executive to join a distinctive heritage and hospitality destination near Goole. The organisation hosts weddings, private and corporate events, retreats and public events, alongside guest accommodation, holiday cottages, a vineyard and tearoom. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in growing the profile of an established Yorkshire destination through creative campaigns, digital marketing, content and partnerships. With a salary of £29,000–£32,000 DOE plus excellent benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer looking to develop their career in an exciting and varied environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging marketing campaigns across weddings, events, retreats and seasonal activities.
  • Manage social media, email marketing and the creation of high-quality digital content.
  • Maintain and enhance the website, including SEO and optimising customer enquiries.
  • Build PR, partnership and promotional opportunities to increase brand awareness.
  • Track campaign performance and use data and customer insight to improve marketing activity.

What Experience is Required

  • Previous experience in marketing, brand, communications or a similar role, with strong digital and social media skills.
  • Experience with website management, SEO, Squarespace and Google Analytics.
  • Creative, commercially aware and highly organised, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
